Complete the Food Preference Survey. This helps us understand your dietary needs, preferences, and any specific requirements. You will be emailed the survey link once payment is recieved. 
Plan Creation: Once we have received your completed survey and payment, we can begin creating your customised meal plan.
Receive Your Plan: Your personalised meal plan will be emailed to you within 1 week.
