How it works:

Pre-payment: Payment must be made prior to the creation of your meal plan. Please see below for payment details.

Complete the Food Preference Survey. This helps us understand your dietary needs, preferences, and any specific requirements. You will be emailed the survey once payment is recieved.

Plan Creation: Once we have received your completed survey and payment, we can begin creating your customised meal plan.

Receive Your Plan: Your personalised meal plan will be emailed to as a PDF within one week.
