​Dr Isaac’s Peak Surgical Weight Loss Program brings together a dedicated team of health professionals to support you throughout your weight loss surgery journey.

The Peak Program has been designed to provide you with ongoing support, practical guidance and the tools you need to help you achieve the best possible outcomes following surgery. Gemma Campbell is a Gold Coast-based Accredited Dietitian & Nutritionist specialising in weight management and bariatric surgery nutrition. Gemma is part of your Peak team and will support you with your nutritional needs before and after surgery. You can find out more about Gemma here. 

 

Your Peak Program includes:

• Six post-surgery dietitian review appointments, to be used within 12 months following surgery

• Bariatric portion-control plate

• Bariatric portion-control bowl

• Sample bag with helpful products to support you on your journey​

 

Other Information

• Private health rebates may be available if your policy includes Dietetics

• Medicare rebates may be available if you are eligible under a current GP Chronic Disease Management Plan (GPCCMP)

• Initial consultation not included in post-surgery package 

• Program cost: $600
